Small balcony 7 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI. Above Val Thorens, in the district of Peclet, in the centre, 800 m from the lake, 5 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi (extra). Lift, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public car park at 200 m, extra. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 150 m, shopping centre 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 250 m, bakery 150 m, cafe 50 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Navette Gratuit" 100 m. Skisport facilities 100 m, slopes, ski rental, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 150 m, ski-kindergarten, ice field, children's playground 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 3 Vallees. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du lou 1 km, Lac Du menuieres 800 m. Please note: entertainment in the season. The owner does not accept any groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
