Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. hi-fi bluetooth /CD/ radio Object not suitable to people with reduced mobility. In a quiet position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, directly by the skiing area. In the complex: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, shopping centre 200 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m. Skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 100 m, sled run 50 m, ice field 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Val Claret.
